Well, this weekend I am taking Level3 of my YogaFit training. Two full days of workout and inner strength work. I am really looking forward to it.
Keep movin' and you will not suffer the side effects of all the holiday food consumption. Walking, running, swimming, biking for endurance . Weight lifting, circuit training for your strength, and finally pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, or stretching for flexibility.
And...build in me time for relaxation, meditation and deep breathing.
