Haven't blogged in several months! Teaching yoga for 24 hour fitness has kept me out of trouble and off the blog!
I will update weekly now, as fitness is my main business, heart and soul!
Hard to remember that it was too hot just in August. For San Diego we still have beautiful sunny weather but chilly, chilly, chilly! Nonetheless stay hydrated and nourished and keep thse muscle warm!
Hang in there my dear fitness clients and friends. Soon there will not be any fudge left! If all else fails, get out there everyday for a walk and breathe in deeply.
Also I have 3 dogs that will never turn you down for a walk or a trip to a dog park for a great play date!
My yoga schedule week of 12/27:

Tue. 8am Esc. La Terraza
(marathon yoga day!)
Wed. 7am RB
12pm El Cajon Super Sport
5:30pm Esc La Terraza

Super Hot Days in San Diego
Other than getting up at 4 am to workout it is pretty hot out here in San Diego. If you do, hydrate well , put on the sunscreen, and take it easy.
I thought about going to the pool for a water jogging workout, might still do that tonight, but thought best at 10:30am to stay indoors and do yoga.
This is a great time to head to the air conditioned gym!
Check out the website for free yoga classes in the month of september. September is yoga month. Go to yogamonth.org and look for free classes in your area.

Monday Morning Yoga
Great class this am. With the heat and humidity we are having I am drenched after teaching an hour class! Take care working out outdoors and even indoors. Remember to hydrate! When I get a dull headache I know I am dehydrated.
